• Free Quotes: Estimates provided are non-binding until a formal contract is signed.

• Deposit Required: A 30% deposit is needed to secure your project date.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
• Late Payments: A 1.5% monthly fee applies to overdue balances.

• Cancellation Policy: Must notify us at least [48/72] hours before the scheduled service to avoid fees.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable if work has begun. Refunds for completed work require review.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damages unrelated to our work.

• Access: Ensure our team has safe, unobstructed access to the work area.
• Permits: Customer must secure required permits (unless included in our service).
• Pets/Children: Keep them away from the work zone for safety.

• Mediation: Any disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation in St. Louis County, MO.
• Governing Law: These terms follow Missouri state laws.

• Content Ownership: All website content (logos, text, images) is our property.
• No Unauthorized Use: Do not copy, scrape, or misuse our site content.
